The Challenges
A world-class product being carried by one person
Quranly already had what most apps dream of: millions of downloads, a trusted Muslim user base, and a product people genuinely loved. But behind the scenes, too much was still sitting on one founder’s shoulders. No dedicated operations team. No clear fundraising setup. No structured email programme. And with Ramadan approaching, the most important month of the year, the pressure was no longer something to manage. It was something to solve.
our approach
Become the team, then build the system
We came in as an embedded partner, not outside advisors. The first job was to take pressure off the founder and turn scattered work into clear workstreams. We audited the operations, shaped the team structure, wrote role definitions, and helped build an outsourced operations team. Then we built the Ramadan engine around it: a LaunchGood campaign with a clear giving story, and an email programme that followed the emotional rhythm of the month without burning the audience out.

the result
Quranly entered Ramadan with a team, a campaign, and a system that could hold
For the first time, Quranly entered Ramadan with a properly staffed operations team in place. The LaunchGood campaign was live during the highest-giving period of the Islamic calendar, and the email programme kept momentum moving across the month instead of relying on a single push. Most importantly, the founder was no longer trapped inside day-to-day execution. Quranly now had a structure built to last beyond Ramadan.
